Week 2 of STEM4 Circuit is bringing hands-on science to life as students are exploring the building blocks of chemistry! Campers are ready to conduct experiments with lemon and potato batteries, build squishy circuits, and observe how different materials combine to form new substances.
Through guided activities focused on the scientific method and measurement techniques, students are developing critical thinking skills and a deeper appreciation for the role of chemistry in everyday life.
The excitement has been unmistakable as each experiment sparks curiosity and wonder. Thank you to Griffiss Institute for bringing this incredible opportunity right to the Utica City School District!
