CTE Student Application - APPLY HERE!
Our Career Exploration Specialists hosted multiple interview preparation workshops to help students get ready for their upcoming MVHS Pre-Apprenticeship interviews on February 24 and February 25.
MVHS will select 25 students to participate in this competitive opportunity. Selected students will be employed by the agency and will have the unique experience of shadowing professionals across various healthcare departments, gaining valuable, real-world insight into careers in the medical field.
To ensure students are fully prepared, workshops will focus on:
- Professional interview skills and mock interviews
- Resume development
- Cover letter writing
- Professional communication and confidence building
Students are required to bring a mandatory resume and cover letter to their interviews and are expected to dress to impress.
Interviews will take place in our brand-new Health Professions Lab located in the CTE wing at Proctor High School, providing students with a professional setting that mirrors real-world healthcare environments.
We are excited to support our students as they take this important step toward exploring careers in healthcare and building their professional futures.
